Terms and Conditions:


RECEPTION HOURS:  Mon – Fri: 8AM – 8PM

                                                  Sat – Sun: 9AM – 7PM


CHECK-OUT: 10:00am, late check out is available on request with a fee

CHECK-IN: 2:00pm, early check in is on request only


Cancellation: Any amendment or cancellation request at least 24 hrs notice.

                              Group booking or more than 3 rooms will request 3 days notice.


We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy for ALL rooms. If we detect smoke odour in a

room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the registered guest.


NO PETS allowed in our rooms or on the property. You will be asked to leave

immediately, if we discover that you have pets in the room, we will ask you to leave

immediately. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged, and the accommodation fee will not be

refunded.


Noise or disruption to other guests will NOT be tolerated. Management reserves the right to

give at least one warning, before evicting non-complying guests, visitors or member of the

public for anti-social behaviour/s, including, but not limited to: possession and/or use of

illegal drugs, wilful damage to Motel property, theft, physical or verbal abuse of staff, other

guests or authorised public and offers no refunds.

All monies or other valuables belonging to you and brought onto the property remain your

sole responsibility. Plantation Park Motor Inn do not take any responsibility for your

valuable belongings.


All items in the rooms are the property of Plantation Park Motor Inn and any items taken

from the rooms will be charged to your account at the replacement price. Likewise, ALL

damage to rooms, not reasonably considered to be usual “wear and tear”, will be repaired

and charged to your account. A date-stamped photographic record of missing items and

damage shall be taken and kept by Management, as proof of evidence. Keys are to be

returned to reception or key box outside the office on departure, unreturned or missing

keys will be charged $50.00.


All guests are advised that if there is an issue with their room, please inform our reception

as soon as possible for us to help you.
